Born from a compassionate encounter with a homeless veteran in 2013, ILF (Inspiring Lives Forever) Transportation has since been an unwavering pillar of support in Northeast Ohio. Our founder, Mrs. NaJeebah Shareef, was deeply moved by this interaction and recognized the urgent need for more resources and job security for our veterans, as well as the pressing demand for non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) services. This sparked a fervent commitment in Shareef to dedicate her efforts to providing these much-needed assistance services.

In the past ten years, Mrs. Shareef has not only reached her goal of offering NEMT services to clients, but she's also expanded the business beyond transportation to include courier, delivery services, and logistics.

As the chief architect of the company's strategic planning, mission, and vision, Shareef's thoughtful leadership has helped ILF Transportation acquire numerous certifications that continue to propel the company in a growth-oriented direction. These include 8(a), HUBZone, EDWOSB, WOSB, MBE, JSEB, DBE, and LSBE, positioning the firm to serve corporate, city, county, state, and government agencies.

Shareef recently played a pivotal role in extending ILF Transportation's presence to the blooming east-coast region of Jacksonville (JAX), Florida. Here, she's earned the privilege of joining the JAX Chamber as a Trustee, a position held by Jacksonville's leading corporate and community figures who shape the region's business community's future.

Recognized with numerous awards in Northeast Ohio since ILF Transportation's inception, Shareef's success has been highlighted nationally by The Story Exchange, an acclaimed nonprofit media organization spotlighting female business owners across the U.S. She also received a national award from Minority Business Entrepreneur (MBE) for her successful business initiatives and her nonprofit veteran assistance efforts.
